KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
When you enroll your child in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, your child will receive a lifetime of benefits. Our program offers them the physical fitness, self-confidence, discipline, and respect . Your child will also develop physical awareness of coordination, balance, and flexibility. Through drills, technique, and sparring, they will build a strong foundation and the ability to defend themselves, learn non-violent conflict resolution skills and bully-prevention tactics.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu No Gi
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU NO GI
BJJ No Gi uses the same techniques as Gi BJJ, and applies them in an environment where an opponent has less clothing or material to grip on to. Often times referred to as submission wrestling, No Gi is fast paced and incorporates several techniques from traditional wrestling as seen in the Olympics and in High Schools/Colleges throughout the world. Just as with Gi BJJ, the objective is to effectively control and submit your opponent. No Gi classes typically include a warm-up, drilling, technique and finish with live rolling. Proper attire for this class is gym or fight shorts and a T-shirt or rash guard.
Private lessons are available to all academy students and visitors. It`s a great way for more concentrated instruction, tailored to your individual needs and experience level. You will have the opportunity for more exploration of techniques and an exclusive learning environment.

ADULTS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground fighting martial art. Practitioners use technique and leverage to subdue larger, stronger opponents; mostly by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat them. BJJ can be used to train for self defense, sport grappling tournaments (with and without a gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition. Achieving a dominant position on the ground is one of the hallmarks of the BJJ style, and includes effective use of the guard position to defend oneself from the bottom, and passing the guard to dominate from the top position with side-control, mount and back-mount positions.
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
Improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
This class is a great introduction to self-defense. Basic mixed martial arts techniques that are taught include striking with various hand and foot techniques, take-down attacks and defense, grappling, and ground control.
Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques.
